Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 28, 2026. These terms govern the procurement, engineering design consultation, and structural quoting services provided by VATS Group.
1. Engineering Consultations & Specifications
All structural calculations, dimension clearances, and mechanical properties provided through our online PEB Estimator are budgetary estimates. Final construction blueprints must undergo formal review and sign-off by a certified VATS Group structural architect.
2. Material Standard Compliance
VATS Group guarantees that all fabricated steel components, cold-rolled columns, and sandwich insulation panels conform to Indian Standard (IS) codes, ASTM benchmarks, and ISO quality guidelines as specified in the individual contract tenders.
3. Quotation Validity & Tender Claims
Budgetary price indices calculated using our portal are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from generation. Price fluctuations in base structural steel or chemical core imports may affect actual project bill of materials (BOM).
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation, contractual claim, or engineering safety dispute arising from modular shipments and site erections shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
